Chinatown Mahjong Social
Yesterday PCHC went out to Centre A in Chinatown, where the Youth Collaborative for Chinatown hosted a day of playing mahjong to celebrate Patio Day. Youths and the elderly gathered to play mahjong and Chinese checkers and to drink delicious iced tea prepared by Treasure Green Tea!The Youth Collaborative for Chinatown (青心在唐人街) is a network of youths working on projects in, for, and around Vancouver Chinatown. Don't miss their next Mahjong Social on August 15th! Don't worry if you don't know how to play, PCHC-MoM went in with little experience with the game and came out having really enjoyed the day!
