Call for Volunteers: Special Exhibition Launch at Chinese Canadian Military Museum

unnamed

If you are interested in a volunteer opportunity with the Pacific Canada Heritage Centre - Museum of Migration (PCHC-MoM) Society on Wednesday, October 5th, please read on.
PCHC is looking for a couple of volunteers to help out with the launch of a special exhibition at the Chinese Canadian Military Museum on Wednesday, October 5th 2016 at 3:00pm.
The exhibition will be commemorating the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of Hong Kong. Visitors can learn more about the dark days and years for Hong Kong, and discover the inspiring stories of a few Chinese Canadians who played a role during the battle, the occupation and the liberation of this strategic British colony. Retired Senator Vivienne Poy and PCHC Advisor will be there to launch the new exhibition with the museum!
If you are able to help out or suggest someone who may be available, please contact Ms. Eleanor Munk (pchcmom.intern@gmail.com) as soon as possible.
