Yesterday, October 27th, the PCHC-MoM Society led a guided tour of the Gold Rush! El Dorado in BC exhibition at the Royal British Columbia Museum in Victoria. The fascinating exhibit included wonderful interactive displays and artefacts relating to the Chinese worker and migrant experience in the gold rush. Thanks to Tzu-I Chung for being our host! Members on the tour completed the day with a dinner in historic Chinatown, at the oldest Chinese restaurant in the neighbourhood!Thanks to everyone who came out on the tour.
